A: Some optional forms are currently not automated yet within the system. Continuous improvements occur annually which will eventually incorporate all form fields.

A: There are typically over 500 fields that parents manually fill in yearly. Many of these are redundant. We have consolidated the information to allow faster entry for our parents.

A: Log back into the site, click on the green subject title link(s) next to the check marks and make your alterations. Reprint the forms when you are confident that all the information is correct.

A: It is a state requirement that hard copies of the forms be present on school property.

A: Only one electronic signature is required for form authorization. As long as (1) signature is printed on the forms, you do not need to manually sign them.

A: All data that is entered is automatically submitted and stored electronically. Please print the forms and send them with your child on the first day of school to meet state requirements.

A: Click the Can't Login link directly below the logon boxes to recover the Student ID.

A: All latest versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari.

A: It will take between 2-15 minutes all dependent on how much information is pre-populated for you.

A: Simply click the LOGOUT button and return whenever it is more convenient for you.

A: Give them to your child to bring to the first day of school.
